Terms & Conditions

To participate in sessions your child must become a member of the national Tumble Tots club. Annual membership costs £27 (renewal discounts apply). Membership provides insurance for class participation and a great membership pack. Membership is not required to attend a single Trial Class.

If extreme weather, or a major incident, prevent us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your class, as well as post on our Facebook page. In that situation you will not be charged for the session of course.

Please do not bring your child to Tumble Tots if they have been sick or had diarrhoea within the 48 hours prior to the session or if they have conjunctivitis that is not being treated with anti-biotic eye drops/creams. This also applies to siblings off school. Other standard exclusions (eg chicken pox) also apply. 

The equipment is for use by Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the large equipment. Sibling are welcome to join in at Circle Time, and use the co-ordination equipment.

We have children and adults attending who have food allergies. No food or drink is to be taken into the session. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session. Please ensure hands and faces are thoroughly wiped before returning onto the equipment.

Please take your child to the toilet before the session starts, if applicable.

Please let me know if you are leaving, so that I can offer your child’s place to someone on the waiting list.

Missed Class Policy

If you miss a class due to illness, holidays, car trouble, etc., you can either:

Do a make up class at another venue during the same payment block (subject to space).

If we ever have to cancel a class, for example due to bad weather or illness you will have the option to do a make up class in another venue, or to get a full refund. I will inform you via text and on our Facebook page. Please check your mobile number on your Class4Kids account, and also like and follow our Facebook page.

Cancellation Policy

If you have paid for a set of classes in a payment block, and you decide you no longer wish to attend anymore, we do not offer refund due to the current situation. T&Cs. membership is non-refundable in line with Tumble Tots Head Office policy.

You are responsible for your child at all times during classes (except in 3 years to school age)

Support your child as instructed by our coaches, keeping tots’ hands free for climbing and balance

Tots are safest in bare feet and wearing shorts, tracksuit bottoms or leggings

In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book and signed by the child’s parent/carer
